HOW TO ENERGETICALLY CLEANSE AND CREATE SACRED SPACE

Creating Sacred space is well worth the time and effort and is an important part of effective  healing, meditation, spiritual practice, holding workshops and ceremonies and for any other reason where you would like to create a calm uplifting space free from lower frequencies. People like to cleanse a new home to clear old energies and make a fresh space to begin a new chapter in a new home.  Others like to cleanse a space when it feels unwelcoming or when there may be lower astral entities hanging around. 

STEPS TO CREATING SACRED SPACE

Firstly tidy and clean the room/space physically. So get the dusters and hoover out. 

Next you want to open a window and energetically clear the space. This can be done in a number of ways which include using -

A sage wand

Palo Santo stick

Insence such as White Sage, Frankinsense, Myhrr or Sandalwood 

Drum

Singing bowl

Tibetan symbols

Playing sacred mantras

Rattle

Once you’ve chosen your method of clearing the room/space energetically you can walk around the perimeter of your room 3 times in an anti-clockwise direction repeating a cleansing prayer mindfully and with intention. 

One of my favourite methods of cleansing and creating sacred space is smudging with a white sage stick while saying the prayer - 

WITH THIS SMOKE I ASK THAT THIS AREA BE CLEANSED AND CLEARED AND THE ENERGY BE RAISED TO A HIGHER FREQUENCY.  ALL SELF-DOUBT AND LOWER VIBRATIONS ARE TRANSMUTED WITH THIS SMOKE NOW AND CEASE TO EXIST IN THIS SPACE.  ONLY LIGHT FILLED THOUGHTS AND ILLUMINED BEINGS OF THE HIGHEST LOVE, LIGHT AND INTEGRITY WHO ARE WORKING FOR THE LIGHT, THE HIGHEST GOOD OF HUMANITY AND THE HIGHEST GOOD OF THE PLANET AND THE HIGHEST GOOD OF THE UNIVERSE CAN EXIST IN THIS SPACE SO ALL ELSE MUST LEAVE NOW.  I CALL UPON ARCHANGEL MICHAEL AND HIS LEGIINS IF LIGHT PROTECTING ANGELS OF THE HIGHEST LOVE, LIGHT AND INTEGRITY. I ASK THAT YOU STAND BESIDE ME AND STAND BY EACH WINDOW AND EACH DOOR AND IN EVERY CORNER OF THIS ROOM TOTALLY PROTECTING ME, PROTECTING THIS SPACE  AND EVERYONE IN IT. THANK YOU AND SO IT IS. 

Close your eyes and visualise  or imagine your space fill up with sparkling Divine light and love. Sense the angels presence. 

Then I would take cleansed Amethyst rough crystals programmed with the intention - 

Amethyst crystals help and assist with making this room sacred space, transmuting all lower vibes into love and peace and helping everyone in this room to connect with their highest guidance and highest potential in love. Close eyes for a moment and see violet purple light radiating from each Amethyst crystal. Say ‘I trust that all my requests are being heard and I accept all of your help with love. Thank you and so it is’.  

Then mindfully place one Amethyst crystal in every corner of the room still holding your intention strong. 

Then, I would say - 

‘I invite in all Illumined Beings of Light from on High that I personally acknowledge to help, guide and assist me with (fill in the blank) for the highest good of all’. Specify the reason for creating sacred space. For example if I was about to do a Crystal Healing or a SourceSTAR healing I would ask for help with healing.
